We’re excited to celebrate International Bath Day with our favorite weekly routine. Read below for tips to make your next bath even better!
Step 1: Light a Candle
Make your space feel calm with your favorite scent. We love to stick with a consistent scent by matching the scent of the candle with other spa goods when taking a bath, such as lavender, coconut, vanilla, or rose.
Step 2: Zone Out

Next, zone out to your favorite playlist, podcast, or audio book. If you prefer an actual book, or would like to keep a glass of wine close by, we recommend investing in a tray to keep your essentials safe.
Step 3: Exfoliate
Prep your skin to be super soft with an all-natural sugar scrub. Again, keep a consistent scent or try a new fragrance including vanilla, coconut, rose, or peppermint.
Step 4: Soak
It’s time to soak! Pick your favorite soaking salt or bath bomb and relax. (P.S. Once you’ve finished your soaking salt, save the glass container for a cute flower vase.)
Step 5: Rinse & Repeat
We recommend repeating this routine once a week to feel rested and recharged for the week ahead!
