Mix all of the ingredients in a pitcher, add sliced grapefruit, and stir. Pour over hibiscus ice cubes (details below).

Hibiscus Ice Cubes:

Simmer 4 cups water with 1/8 cup dried hibiscus flowers until the water turns pink. 

Let water cool to room temperature. 

Pour into an ice cube tray. 

Freeze overnight.
