Matcha Love for the Mornings

If you ever have trouble rolling out of bed, you just might need some morning motivation. This matcha latte recipe from our ultimate girl crush, Kelly LeVeque, is the perfect pick-me-up. You’ll look forward to those early hours with this tasty elixir! Scroll down for the recipe!

 

 

In a saucepan, heat water first. When hot, add matcha powder and whisk with a matcha whisk. Add sweetener (if using), then add warm milk of your choice. Froth again, and serve hot.

Fun fact: Matcha has been very buzzy in the wellness world this past year. People love it because of the antioxidants and caffeine!
