Slice the squash crosswise and seed it.
Put the squash in a pressure cooker. Shape it into two mountains.
Add a cup of water and pressure cook it for 7 minutes. Release after 10 minutes.
Toss with your favorite marinara or pesto sauce and serve. Enjoy!
