Tips for Summer Trips

We are so excited that summer is here! Whether you’re hoping to travel near or far, read below for some tips to make to most of your summer trips.

Make the Most of Your Weekends

Who says you have to travel far to have a great trip? If your office offers “Summer Fridays,’’ use them to your advantage! By leaving in the afternoon, you can miss rush hour traffic and spend as much time at your destination as possible. If your office doesn’t offer this, look into working remotely or take a vacation day — that’s what they’re for! Some of our favorite not-too-far destinations from Los Angeles include Palm Springs, Big Sur, and, if you’re feeling lucky, Las Vegas!

Plan Ahead

The sooner you know where you’re going, the more time you have to receive great recommendations! We suggest saving recommendations in Google Maps as soon as you get them so that you can easily find them once you’re on your trip.

Stay Organized

One of the best ways to stay organized is for everything to have a place. That way you can easily find what you’re looking for on the go — a cosmetic bag for makeup and toiletries, an overnight bag for clothes, and a tote bag for when you’re out exploring!
