Barbara Abdeni Massaad was so inspired and motivated by the Syrian refugee crisis that she went around the world collecting recipes and taking photographs to put together this beautiful cookbook! According to the UN Refugee Agency, more than 5.6 million refugees have fled to Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey, and Iraq since 2011. Purchases of this cookbook support nonprofit and the funding of food relief efforts.
