Make a toast to Mom with a this fruity French champagne cocktail known as a Kir Royale. The classic cocktail calls for Chambord, a raspberry liqueur, but you can also use Crème de Cassis or Crème de Pêche for a different fruity flavoring. 

This drink is simple to make, and will put all in good spirits. Just add 1-2 tbsp of your liqueur of choice to each glass, then fill to the top with your favorite champagne or sparkling wine.
